Hidden place in Glasshouse eating in winter forest

Tried other branches, the food quality is quite nice and spotted this one when i go shopping in Musea, always wanna have a try and here we gooo, we come in tea time but i see the queue, luckily we get a seat immediately cause they have another room serving us table, i love the display background which is winter forrest giving you an exotic feeling yaaStir Fried Baby Kale with belacan and Parma Ham loll, having home coke flavor, personally dont like parma ham at all Lobster Baguette way below my

 Lobster Baguette way below my expectation
, many corns on top though not flavorful, having few pieces of lobster meats, i guess one try is enough for me

 Chocolate Crispy Baked Soufflé come surprised me so much
, so fluffy and looking so good
, serving with chocolate sauces, insides soufflé  is so soft and smooth
, need very high technique making the texture so good like this haaa, the taste won’t be too sweet, and dipping with chocolate sauce is good

The waiters here are so polite and friendly though the serving time is a bit too long, waiting 2hours for just 3dishes
…the food quality is just ok this time
, no outstanding thing  except the lovely soufflé, the environment is cool too with wintery scene, nice room to grasp a tea time here

glasshouse 係K11 musea 開咗咁耐，都未試過去食，門口望入去已經覺得成間餐廳好靚，有分室外同室內，落地玻璃加上掛滿左綠色植物嘅擺設🪴成件事好大自然，周圍都係打卡位📸餐廳都播放pop music🔈一邊食嘢一邊聽音樂，成個感覺好relax😌staff又好nice，主動service 又唔會太over👍🏻👍🏻。4個人黎食，想食唔同國家既菜都有得簡，因為食物方面有唔同fusion菜，有東南亞、日式、西式....實有一款岩食🤤。🍤Crispy shrimp paper roll紙米卷有牛油果、芒果、炸蝦、菜，芒果未到好甜果種，但點埋個荔枝汁酸酸maymay，食落香脆😚。🫔House platter有春卷、炸魷魚鬚、蜜糖雞翼、炸蝦餅、牛同雞肉串燒，樣樣岩岩整好就上台，仲熱辣辣👅但略嫌個source 淡左dd🥺。🍝Singapore noodles星港fusion菜，香鑊氣味，上面鋪左幾塊Palma Harm 夾埋一齊食，但味道品品太夾，淡左少少🤣。🥩Grilled US Prime rib eye steak 是日main，叫左medium熟，好香牛味，比出面食既熟度控制得岩岩好

因為實在太鐘意食朱古力，忍唔住叫左2個朱古力甜品🤣一上台，濃濃既朱古力brownies, 脆脆的🤤
