教會boardgame查經前速食,紅磡站行過去都有d距離,去到都有5成滿,但坐坐下爆咗。門口有立食位。室內位冇冷氣,侍應解釋開放式厨房比較熱。order叫侍應,之前睇OpenRice俾個虎蝦濃湯麵🍜$128吸引🤩咗嚟食,所以叫咗呢個,口痕叫埋串燒,兩串起,叫咗蔥卷牛舌$26同蜜瓜🍈牛卷$24。有水供應,第一☝️樣上菜係冇叫既味噌麥粒青瓜🥒,原來枱枱都自動上做前菜,開頭仲以為酒盜,我睇返menu先知,價值$18,以為最後會收返錢,但冇收,好窩心☺️,味道👅爽口,味噌易入口,呢味似送酒。之後上虎蝦濃湯面,皓震撼,虎蝦皓大隻,脆漿有櫻花🌸蝦增加蝦味同脆脆口感,以為係脆漿厚先咁大隻,點知咬落先知真係咁大隻,皓厚肉但爽,面好好食,掛湯,蝦濃湯🍲杰身同cream差唔多,皓特別,特別飽。串燒逐串上,蜜瓜🍈牛卷有兩粒,係紅肉蜜瓜🍈,但牛肉皓juicy皓食,蜜瓜🍈皓熱小心👀辣口。牛舌有兩小粒加一粒蔥,牛舌皓juicy皓食…查看更多

An Izakaya Liked Modern Restaurant
We made a reservation of 20:15, yet seats were not offered as we arrived half an hour earlier. I guess the restaurant is quite tight of seats and can only offer right at the time reserved. This also proves that Kafu is quite popular during a weekday dinner period.♡ To begin with after taking a seat (the space are quite crowded tho), we ordered the signature Tiger Prawn Noodle Soup, a dish that balances the richness of the broth and the delicate sweetness of the succulent prawns. The noodles are thinner than expected, while the soup are rich in prawn favor although a little bit greasy. One highlight of it is the deep fried tiger prawn, which is coated with Sakura shrimp instead of conventional flour. The taste is normal and it is more like a gimmick.♡ Next, we explore the Mala Soy Dan Dan Cold Ramen. The spicy and numbing sensation of the Sichuan-inspired sauce pairs with the extremely thin (thinner than that of Tiger Prawn Noodle Soup), chewy noodles, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. Note: this dish is hotter than we do expect, not enjoyable for a mild spicy taster.♡ Beef Tenderloin with Garlic Sauce. The tender beef is seared to perfection, coated in a savory garlic sauce. We liked that a lot and recommended to order when you pay a visit to this restaurant.♡ The Fresh Eel is a bit disappointing tho. It is normal, not bad, but we did expect much better. The price is quite worthy anyway. You don’t expect such a good portion at this price level at other Izakaya.♡ Moving on, the Ox Tongue with Green Onion is another normal dish. Not too worthy to its price.♡ The Hiroshima Oyster Bacon Roll delights us with its unique pairing of briny oysters and savory bacon. The nice cooking timing for both food blend into one piece. We are surprised that the bacon is cooked well with crispy texture, while the oyster rolled inside could keep a bit juicy.♡ Finally, the Crabmeat Oyster dish has the sweet, succulent crab meat and the plump, juicy oysters seamlessly intertwine, creating a symphony of flavors that lingers on the palate.Overall, we had a good time at Kafu. Although the seating environment is not at a high standard, we did enjoy the food. One noodles plus several stews will fit for two persons.…查看更多

朋友一直都想食呢間串燒店,六點幾舖頭出邊已經好多人圍住,好彩一早預定咗就有位😍我哋好快嗌定幾樣嘢,不過係要等一陣想食蠔都有唔同選擇,呢個係蟹肉牡蠣,蠔比較細隻,吉列嘅炸法😍配埋蟹肉☺️第二樣廣島蠔豚卷😋我鍾意呢個多啲,上面嗰個就比較常見豚肉包住蠔,啖啖肉,蠔汁都鎖住咗喺入面💫跟住就到呢兩款水果配肉卷,一款包住蜜瓜一款包住提子兩款都有驚喜😆跟住就係蔥卷牛舌,呢個就冇咩特別,牛舌同蔥味分開跟住就係活鱔,雖然我冇食到,但朋友都話好味,鱔肉嫰😋最後仲有呢個重頭戲,期待已久嘅虎蝦濃湯麵,濃湯係真嘅,亦都要趁熱食,我哋擺耐咗就有啲濃稠另外值得一讚就係即使舖頭好忙,員工嘅服務都係好好☺️☺️…查看更多
