The beef tartare was a pleasant surprise. The diced beef was fresh and tender, and it was skillfully mixed with a mustard mayo sauce that provided a delightful spicy kick. The dish was presented with toasted thinly sliced bread, creating a delightful interplay of flavors and textures.
My personal favourite was the Sanhuang chicken paella. The sanhuang chicken was expertly grilled to a crispy golden brown on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. The paella itself boasted a perfect socarrat and it was seasoned with ginger and herbs, resulting in a remarkably flavorful and delicious combination.
The soft shell crab mentaiko spaghetti beautifully combines all my favorite foods. The mentaiko sauce, with its thick and creamy consistency, perfectly coats the al dente pasta, while the soft shell crab boasts a delightful crispiness on the outside and a tender, rich seafood flavor on the inside.
As for their truffle fries, the freshly fried fries arrive at your table sizzling hot. Paired with a rich truffle mayo sauce, these fries are a true indulgence.
