Celebrated my mom’s birthday at HEXA because we heard many positive comments from our friends on this restaurant. 龍眼蜜燒西班牙黑豚叉燒 $328Made with Spanish pork shoulder butt and chopped in thick slices. The fat to meat ratio was about 3:7 which was perfect and the texture was very tender. The glaze was light and not charred at all. 龍井燻太爺雞 Smoked Chicken with Longjing Tea Leaves $338
Made with yellow hair chicken. Pleasant Longjing and apple wood aroma which did not overwhelm the original chicken taste. The chicken skin was not greasy at all after being smoked and had become a thin delicious layer. The meat was tender too.
Dark dining environment, amazing harbor view. Outstanding food quality. Service was okay. Worth visiting again.
