This is NOT the first time my family has dined at Prince Edwards Gaia Veggie Shop and we even got the 90% discount card........but can't believe how bad the managements had became !!!It's meant to be a farewell dinner ....... however turned out to be a huge disappointment and I can not believe how RUDE the waitresses and managers are.I called a day before to make a 6.30 reservation, the waitress said need to return table at 8:00 I said fine. NIGHTMARE STARTS...
Dishes arrive soon after 5 minutes into our meal when the dishes are still 70% full the manager came and ask in a very RUDE TONE "IS IT FINISH??" My whole family were so shocked we only sat down less then 10 min and just started to enjoy our dishes... mind you there were 2 elderly in our family PLUS THERE WERE STILL ONE DISH STILL HASEN"T EVEN ARRIVED YET!!! OH MY..... The shop owner does not train their staff or???
NIGHTMARE CONTINUES
5 min later the final dish just arrive a waitress came again in their RUDE TONE AND MANNER AGAIN " YOU GUYS STILL EATING THESE DISHES???""
My family were just dismayed ......
I ask the waitress why the staff kept RUSH ING US ??? but when I make reservation the staff said RETURN TABLE AT 8:00*???
guess what the staff answers
"We are GOOD BUSINNES need return table ASAP !!" Then a minute later when my family were still eating the dishes feeling SOO UNCOMFORTABLE ~~~ THE MANAGER LEFT DESERT SOUP on table WITH NO MANNERS then turned around!!! Whole family hasn't even finish the dishes NOR STARTED to eat the desert soup...GUESS WHAT !!!!!!!! THE BILL ARRIVES!!!!!!!!!!!
I've never had SUCH BAD experience at ANY vegetarian restaurant
I would like others to know how they’ll be treated at this shop!
This has to be the worst family dinner ruined my farewell dinner for a family member!!! And UPSET my dear elderlies!
This is TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE!!
I whish the shop owner reads this and reflect
