Maxim is one of the popular Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Surrounded by hotels, this maxim restaurant is famous for dim sum among tourists. No reservation is available. This Sunday, we arrived as early as 1130. Half of the restaurant is already occupied.
We (3 people) have ordered 8 dim sums : ( I rarely order shrimp dumpling 蝦餃 in maxim because they are not impressive)

Dumpling paste is not thick nor doughy. Ingredients are flesh, not too oily / salty / fatty. So delicious!
To me, desserts are always disappointing. They are too sweet! Desserts in Shatin maxim are much better.
