Traditional Hong Kong Cafe - Refined

Hong Kong is a city of change and that is not always a good thing if you are into traditional good eats. Quite a few of my favorite spots had disappeared due to high rent. So it is a pleasant surprise to see this place in Sham Shui Po, it is a new version of the place a couple of blocks away, this is a more refined, cleaner or an updated version of Sun Hang Yuen. All the favorites are there plus some new additions, like the spicy scrambled egg beef sandwich, which is very juicy. Of course my rec

This is traditional Hong Kong cafe in a refined environment, all the good stuff you remembered with none of the bad. If you are in the area, definitely you need to give it a try. It you are not in the area, it's worth the MTR ticket to get a taste of what genuine Hong Kong cafe is like.
