Dim Sum Library in Pacific Place, Admiralty, is a elegant Chinese Tearoom where one can indulge in a wide selection of contemporary dim sum and Chinese dishes with a fusion twist. The restaurant also has a stylish bar area that presents an extensive selection of tea-inspired cocktails and mocktails.

During our visit, we had the pleasure of savoring an extensive range of dim sum and hot dishes:
Wagyu beef puff with black pepper
Dandan xiao long bun
Black truffle har bao
Black garlic siu mai
Yu xiang crispy pork dumplings
Stir-fried wagyu beef with pepper and basil
Lettuce with prawn paste
Scallop fried rice
Soy-braised E-fu noodles with prawns
Cashew panna cotta

One outstanding dish that we particualrly enjoyed is the wagyu beef puff. Adorned with a flaky and crispy exterior, this delectable delight concealed within it tender wagyu beef, coated in a tantalizing black pepper sauce. I love the interplay of contrasting textures and flavors.

Another surprise was the dandan xiaolong bun. Paying homage to the traditional xiaolong bun, it has such thin, delicate skin and upon the first bite, unleashed a burst of piping hot soup. The juicy pork filling, imbued with a delightful hint of spiciness.

My personal favorite was the Black Truffle Shrimp Dumpling. Encased within a chewy dumpling skin, there is the succulent shrimp filling, infused with the aromatic essence of earthy black truffle that permeated each bite.
