Ingredients included bean sprouts, potato noodles, enoki mushrooms, pickled cabbages, and tons of silky fish fillets! Love the intense spiciness and appetizing sourness of the soup.
We also ordered lotus root and Indian lettuce to put in the pot to absorb the savory soup.
Would definitely visit again for other exciting hot dishes like mala chicken pot!
