Tis the season to enjoy great food ❤️Check out this Winter Solstice Dinner , available from 16th to 22nd December, everything was perfect and we loved every part of the dinner, including the view, ambiance, cocktail selection (they are so so so good), and food. Appetisers:
🔹 Black truffle scented abalone *Lovely falvours
🔹 Sliced squid with green horseradish

Dim Sum:
🔹 Crispy lobster & scallop toast *Super crispy on the outside while tender in the inside
Main Courses:
🔹 Mandarin fish fillets in salted egg yolk broth *Fall in love instantly when put into the mouth, super authentic dish
🔹 Pan-fried tiger prawns with soy sauce *Super big and fresh
Sides:
🔹 Spicy diced pork with string beans & fennel seed *Simple yet amazing, I bought some string beans for Jane to try the next day and she loved it too
🔹 Seafood fried rice with egg & sakura shrimp
Desserts:
🔹 Guava coconut pudding *Never tried this elsewhere, super refreshing and even full I can eat a lot of them
🔹 Glutinous rice dumpling in sweet rice wine *This is very traditional yet is one of my favorite desserts
