Pros:Excellent seafoodIngredients-focusedSpecialty sauces were amazingCons:Bad service. None of the dishes were introduced, the servers could barely tell us what exactly we were eating, hardly any English spoken, staff obviously did not get good training... I mean, COME ON people this is a two Michelin starred restaurant!! Your diners are expecting a lot?!! Our server even forgot that we had a fruit plate in the end as part of our menu...Steamed lobster, scallops, shrimps and pork dumpling gold

 Our first dish was a giant dumpling. Really appreciated this with the special home-made XO sauce...

 This dish was T'ang Court's best of our CNY menu. Their strength is in their seafood, and the fish's texture and flavour were excellent.

Another great dish we had was the Stir-fried turnip cake with home made spicy sauce. Slightly spicy, full of flavour, warm on the inside, and deliciously crisp on the outside.

However, the rest of the meal was nothing special, which we were surprised to find after the restaurant's retention of its 2 Michelin stars...
