Wasn’t really planning on coming here but due to long queues elsewhere, we did. And I’m happy we did. Professional staff, open kitchen, nice. And most important: the food is really good. Served a little differently than other HK Japanese restaurants, not meaning that’s better or worse. I also hardly ever order beef in a Japanese restaurant as most places focus on sushi and sashimi but this time I did and the beef rolls are excellent. I’m definitely coming back here and recommend this to friends
