Dinner: (1) uni sushi - decent...not as rich in flavour as the other ones I've had (maybe because this is the Canadian kind?); (2) prawn sushi - super fresh; (3) spicy tuna roll - could do with a bit more spice...; (4) soft shell crab roll - the crab was fried too much and made it really hard to chew; (5) salmon skin roll - not what I was expecting...they needed to be crispier with more seasoning; (6) egg - I usually don't get this...it was okay I guess; (7) scallop sushi - also fairly fresh and
