📍Man Ho Chinese Restaurant 1 Michelin Star Restaurant ⭐️Guess that everyone came to try out Chef Jayson Tang’s menu. Their dim sum has similar quality as Summer Palace. The cha siu was great and worth the price especially with such a huge portion. As for the roasted goose, the skin was crispy but the meat was a bit too tough, so not recommended. Overall, maybe it’s just the lunch menu, I don’t see much of a wow factor.Recommendations: • Steam Seafood and Brown Fungus Dumpling• Barbecued Pork Loin

Guess that everyone came to try out Chef Jayson Tang’s menu. Their dim sum has similar quality as Summer Palace. The cha siu was great and worth the price especially with such a huge portion. As for the roasted goose, the skin was crispy but the meat was a bit too tough, so not recommended.

Overall, maybe it’s just the lunch menu, I don’t see much of a wow factor.

Recommendations:

• Steam Seafood and Brown Fungus Dumpling
• Barbecued Pork Loin with Honey Sauce

Price: HK$400-500 pp (lunch)
