Overall, an extremely bad buffet experience. Spent over $3700 for four on the Mother’s Day, and we left within an hour. Food: bad. The cold seafood were all bland. The grilled oysters and lobsters were fishy. The sashimi of salmon wasn’t fresh. The steak was awful - full of fat. Other international cruise (Indian food and Chinese food) and the desserts were of average quality. Very limited choices.Service: Not so good. Waiters were not active to re-fill our water and collect the dishes. Not that

Service: Not so good. Waiters were not active to re-fill our water and collect the dishes. Not that they were busy, but that they seemed not to have been properly trained.
Environment: Good. After all, the restaurant could “spin” like a merry-go-round and was located on 62/F of a commercial building in Wan Chai. It had a good view over the HK Island.
