Unpleasant experience. One rude staff spoiled the whole experience. No mention of dining duration when entering restaurant. We’d only been there for 40 minutes. One older male staff came to our table to ask us if we have finished and said we should give our table to people waiting outside. I mean we haven’t even finished our drink. Unpleasant experience. One rude staff spoiled the whole experience. No mention of dining duration when entering restaurant. We’d only been there for 40 minutes. One older male staff came to our table to ask us if we have finished and said we should give our table to people waiting outside. I mean we haven’t even finished our drink. I told him nicely that we haven’t finished yet and will go when we’re done. I also gently pointed out to him the couple next to us were seated before us and they still haven’t left yet. That rude male staff snapped back at me very unpleasantly and warned me I should not have said that to him and I shouldn’t be assuming. Honestly that’s my observation that’s why I told him what I did. What is wrong with people these days? Especially in customer service. I do not think this kind of bad attitude is acceptable at all. Food was hood though.
