某星期六中午12点半去到Rempah Noodles,已经见到门口有排队,要齐人先可以安排入座,唔算等好耐就有得入座。餐厅装修简约,落地玻璃好有型,阳光照入嚟感觉几舒服,座位唔多但环境算整洁。今次试咗干喇沙,味道香浓,香料同椰香味突出,面条烟韧,配料有虾、鸡丝同豆卜,整体份量偏细,但味道真系几正宗。饮咗杯青柠冰茶,酸酸甜甜几解腻。价钱以香港嚟讲唔算平,不过味道有水准,难怪咁多人排队。嘢食份量唔算多且惹味,所以好快食晒。好多时间剩未去得APA睇舞台剧,又唔敢坐太耐,因为见到出面好多人等紧位,系值得一嘅餐厅

Such a shame that their premium prawn noodle and kaya toasts were sold out visiting during late afternoon. We asked for their dry laksa instead. Sadly silver noodle was again sold out and were replaced by vermicelli and rice noodle. After well mix the dry laksa, each bite was fully coated with their laksa sauce. Incredibly flavourful with spice and a hint of coconut milk. Poached prawns were cooked just right and serving size was quite generous. Fish cake was lightly chewy and fishy, exactly what a fish cake shall be. Shredded chicken and sprouts were served aside giving a light crunch and an extra protein. Whole portion wasn't big while after consuming the whole, it definitely could fill you up but not in a heavy way. Maybe because of the thick sauce. Overall, very authentic and delicious despite a bit overpriced.

有日从轩尼诗道步行去中环途中, 俾一间几有风格嘅店铺吸引而停下脚步, 看清楚原来系间食星马麺食嘅餐厅。 上网 check 过,得知餐厅更是长期人气排队店。 真系失敬 !餐厅俾人有cafe感觉,以黑白色布置为主,舒适简单。 同时餐牌一样简单, 只卖几款食物:《优质虾面》 《娘惹浓厚叻沙》 《 干叻沙》 《 咖央多士》 《金杯》, 另有几款饮品。 就系咁多。叫咗碗《优质虾面》,一份《咖央多士》。碗面送到面前已闻到好香嘅猪油渣香味。 汤底猪骨汤嘅味道较重,虾味比例较轻。 另外有虾肉,炖猪肉,芽菜等配料再配上蛋面加米粉。食时非常惹味丰富,回味无穷。记得之前去星加坡时曾经都有食过当地嘅虾面,呢碗虾面我会形容为升级版。另外《咖央多士》,用上班兰叶做成嘅咖央酱,涂在多士中间,入口多士香脆,带冻嘅咖央酱顺滑湿润,味道唔太甜,虽有点腻,但简单又好食。不过价钱就真系贵咗些少。
