Have heard many good reviews about Beefbar Hong Kong and went to try out their lunch set menu which is a really good deal.We ordered the PARIS and TKOYO sets for sharing and the highlights of the meal are the beef tartare, pan fried cod and Kagoshima striploin. The beef tartare was seasoned with sauce and pickles. I especially love the touch of egg yolk on top which blends all ingredients and flavours together perfectly. We ordered the PARIS and TKOYO sets for sharing and the highlights of the meal are the beef tartare, pan fried cod and Kagoshima striploin.
The beef tartare was seasoned with sauce and pickles. I especially love the touch of egg yolk on top which blends all ingredients and flavours together perfectly.
We were surprised that the pan fried cod was really tasty as the restaurant was specialised in beef. The fish was cooked perfectly with both sides of the fish being slightly caramelised and the fish itself is still tender and creamy.
My favourite dish was definitely the Kagoshima striploin. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare. It was juicy and tender. They also offer a wide range of sauce and mustard to pair with the steak.
I really enjoyed my dining experience at beefbar, would definitely revisit to try out other items on their menu☺️
