Time to explore hidden good places again in industrial buildings in Kwun Tong. It is not particularly hidden as there is an advertisement board at the front door right in How Ming Street.A genuine Japanese styled restaurant as it advocated, with tatami seatings at a corner. A set was dished out nicely with beautiful plates. The udon with beef tasted appetizing and the onigiri was also very well done. I liked the Udon soup a lot and the beef is not too fatty. The sweetest thing to mention was definitely the poached egg. It was sweet but not overly sweet, salty but not overly salty.

But the side dish was not fresh enough and the miso soup was quite salty. Could have done better to improve the eating experience.

Overall the food is quite good and I really enjoyed the enviornment. Would definitely come again if I have time.
