📝 Overall review:
— The beef assortment platter was insanely high quality, you can definitely tell that they’re sourcing top notch beef! The meat was so tender, with the perfect distribution of fat and lean meat to it. The beef flavour was strong but not overpowering either. Definitely recommend getting this if you can decide on which beef to choose. It’s great for sharing too!
— The drunken chicken wings had to be another highlight too. Incredibly flavourful with the perfect amount of huadiao flavour to it.
— Their chicken and fish maw soup base is a signature and a MUST order here. The chicken soup was super rich and packed with goodness. It comes with a very generous amount of fish maw and half a chicken which makes it SO worth it!
— All their other hotpot ingredients are super high quality too, with a great selection to choose from.
