🫓Signature Original Flavour Xiao Long Bao
My favourite dish of this restaurant is definitely their Xiao Long Bao. Even tho you may never try that before, very likely you’ve seen their colourful Xiao Long Baos on one of your friend’s IG. This time I just want to check out the most original flavour. People always say the simplest is the hardest. Yet indeed they still nailed it. The wrapper is so thin that you’re even able to see the shadow of the hot soup inside but it’s not as easily broken as it seems. The soup is very hot as expected and very flavourful. Indeed my love!
🍚Yang Zhou Fried Rice
HK people are so concerned with ‘wok hei’ when it comes to fried rice. I think I would give it a pass but not too much impressed. There’s bit of wok hei but that’s a Shanghai style fried rice i guess.
🍜La Mian with Braised Pork Belly in Signature Pork Bone Soup
This one is also surprisingly good even tho the portion is bit disappointing. The broth is rich and savoury but not too salty which goes well with the fresh noodles.
