Matcha is heaven! This is the cafe/restaurant best known for its matcha from Kyoto, for over a hundred years!I planned to come for dessert, JUST DESSERT I swear until I saw the green tea noodles!Cold please.Nothing on it, just seaweed. Eel Don with egg
The Eel was a fat and thick one! The rice was mixed with soy sauce, however it was not stirred well, and some are too sticky, probably too much water or steamed for too long.
Then we decided to have the 'real stuff' - tea dessert!!
This is the cheesecake and ice cream of roasted tea.
I liked the ice cream so so much but the cheesecake is a little too heavy. But my friend liked the cheesecake more for it is creamy and silky.
The portions are relatively small, adding a dessert sharing between two made it right.
