Lovely spot for family tea

Family in town for holiday and we wanted a nice tea spot that had great ambience, food, and service. Last time Maxim’s in City Hall was closed but it is open again! And looks great! Tea is strong, wide selection of dim sum with fresh ingredients, and very good noodles. Price range is high but the quality of the restaurant adds to the experience. I would recommend if trying to impress someone, especially someone new to the city so they may sit by the window and enjoy looking at the harbor.
