I went to try this store today, as I saw they have French toast. I ordered flat white and French toast. The coffee itself tasted ok, but not hot enough. I had to ask the server for sugar, as none was offered. The server told me where to get sugar, as it is self-serve. When I placed my order, they told me the French toast takes time, but when it arrived, it made me wonder why, as it is one piece of bread with some berry compote. The bread is one slice of bread with a hint of egg wash and pan fried. It has no taste of sweetness or egginess. The bread is chewy. The berry compote is quite sour and not sweet, so if it was not for the powder sugar on top, it would not be sweet at all.
I sat at the long table in the middle, but it kept shaking whenever people who sat next to me get up or moves. I eventually told the server who attended to me about this, she said yes she knows about this issue and they will change tables and chairs, she even said she needs to be careful to whenever she wipes this table. 🤦🏻♀️
