I guess that's the best quality pork chop noodle I have ever taste in terms of food quality, quantity with reasonable pricing. The coating is so crispy and the pork meat is kind of juicy indeed. The beef gelatin w/ bamboo shoot noodle is rarely found in Hong Kong nowadays. I strongly suggest all of you to visit the Hong Kong Railyway Museum nearby after the meal as well. This place is great for sightseeing as you can see the historical train compartment there.
