I walked by this place as I was on my way to buy some bread. But as the queue was way too long at that place, I decided to pop here instead for some food.It was new and the staff were eager for diners.The interior was quite nice with a slight cafe style feel.Menu is in English and Chinese. I decided to try the fishballs with sliced beef brisket rice noodles ($50). Portion size was decent. The soup was not too salty. The rice vermicelli was still al dente.
The fish balls were outstanding. Probably one of the best I've had in a while. Firm and bouncy. The taste of fish was strong as well.
The brisket was very good. Very flavourful. The meat was tender and not chewy. The only complaint was it was a bit too thinly sliced.
There was also a couple of slices of fish cake. These were also great just like the fishballs. A good firm texture with lots of fish taste.
Very delicous fishballs and I'd definitely be back for this. Place was clean and staff was friendly.
