🇭🇰 Central 上環｜Dragon Academy 龍味館If you are looking for a fancy ✨ Chinese restaurant for a date night 💕 or fine dining, I would highly recommend Dragon Academy! 👍 They have a lot of dinner sets which offer a lot of quality dishes! 🤩 This time, we tired set menu D, which included: Starter: 🥕 Warming Stomach Soup 🍲 (Green Radish Soup) 宮廷酒爵暖胃湯(青紅蘿蔔湯)The soup serves as a perfect starter for the meal! 😋 It is very warm and flavourful! One of the best Chinese soups I have ever tried! 😆Appetizer: Dragon

The appetiser consists of 3️⃣ tiny dishes:
🪼 Jelly fish tossed with wasabi 🪼青芥末海蜇頭The jellyfish is very fresh and crunchy and I love the taste of wasabi mixed with it! 😆
🍊 Orange winter melon 🍈 香橙白玉蝴蝶
This is so sweet! Even though it is a winter melon, the orange juice makes it so sweet! I love this a lot! 😌
🍯 Osmanthus-Glazed Shiitake Mushroom 🍄🟫 桂花蜜䬻鮮冬菇
This is my favourite among the three! They poured a lot of honey 🍯 on top and the mushroom is so delicious, so much that I want to order this again! 😍
Vegetables: 🍄🟫 Stir-fried mushrooms with macadamia fruit and bamboo shoots 🎍 夏威夷果蘆筍炒鮮菌
The vegetable is very fresh 😌 and I love the macadamia nuts 🥜 on top, which gives a crunchy taste among the veggies! 🥹
Rice: 🍄🟫 Stir-fried rice with black truffle and wagyu beef 🥩 黑松露和牛崧炒飯
The black truffle flavour is so strong 💪 with this one which I adore so much! I can’t get enough with the tender wagyu beef as well! 😍
Dessert: 🍧 Guava cream soup 🍧 紅粉玉露
This sweet slurpee-like cream soup with some guava bits inside serves as the perfect ending of the meal! 😊
