Do Not Go To this Restaurant is a Scum

Visited 3 times in the last 2 weeks & I will never go back again. No service , staffs don't care, food quality really bad even Cafe de Carol have much better steak in the evening then this restaurant. Spaghetti Bolognese taste like it has added whole bag of sugar in it. Steaks are Deep Fry when they are busy.  Even the expensive sizzling plate Steaks taste like rubber. Worst is I went today at 5.20 pm because the Tea time ends at 5.30 pm. And I was mislead that the 12% discount still apply to 5.

When I ordered at 5.24 pm pointed to the menu that offers 12% discount for the Steaks the Manager took the order & even chatted with me what I should order from discount menu. When the steak came it was not of good quality at all very taste my old rubber shoes for medium cooked. The Soup was cold & had to be changed also taste less, When I went to pay I was shock to find out it is not 12% discounted price because it finished at 5pm. Ha Ha the manager said who originally took the order from the Discount Menu for me & he never said sothat I missed the time and there is no more 12% Discount. They put the 12% discount menu with the tea set menu that finished at 5.30 pm so am to be blame ? I don't care about the extra $20 I had to pay but do not like to be scum like this !!! So my advice avoid this restaurant totally when you are in Tuen Mun as no worth even trying !!!
