It has been couple of years since i last visited their Jordan branch and since i have sudden craving for ramen, I decided to have dinner there tonight. Grilled squid skewer - Even though it was slightly pricey, but the chef was generous with the portion. It was huge and long in size, and was grilled till chewy and juicy, with sauce dipped onto it and mashed ginger provided at the side complimented it nicely.
Soft shell crab spicy ramen - Since it was limited edition and i loved spicy food, I decided to order this. It was presented nicely, with soft shell crab and pork belly served separately so that it will still be crispy. Ramen was cooked till chewy, not too overly cooked. Soup was creamy in texture and was really spicy to my liking. Soft shell crab was fried till soft and crispy and pork belly was juicy and chewy. Since i loved lava egg, i decided to order additional serving of it. It was really soft and smooth.
