We paired this with the salty shrimp paste as the sauce. There were some dried shrimps in the dish as well and was stir fried well. The dish was not too saucy, with the right amount of kick to it.

This is one of the signature dai pai dong dishes to order. The beef is tender and the noodle are fried nicely, with each piece of noodle nicely separated from each other and a slight chewy texture.
 
Deep fried bombay duck ⭐️3.5/5
Personally not a fan of this fish as there's quite a lot of thin bones. Opt for the squid or pork if you prefer without bones. The exterior is nice and crispy and the fish is soft and gelatine-y.
 
Overall the flavor profile of the dishes here are on the heavier style as it is for traditional dai pai dong. Food and service are not of the best quality but it has a great atmosphere suitable for large group/late night gatherings.
