Brand New Coffee Shop opened in Sai Ying Pun.It’s their soft opening in the early March, we have ordered a pesto linguine and also an avocado salmon toast, food are pretty niceThe Homemade pesto has got a really good balance on the garlic and Basil ratio!The toast is a bit too humid, can be toasted slightly longer, salad on the side was dressed with some yuzu vinegar, which is refreshing and aromatic. For Drinks, we ordered an ice americano and an ice latte. We didn’t try out the special coffee

For Drinks, we ordered an ice americano and an ice latte. We didn’t try out the special coffee as we would like to taste out the unique coffee beans mixed by the shops owner! I wouldn’t say it was the best coffee I’ve ever try, but definitely with their very special characteristics. It’s worth for a try if you are a coffee lover.
