Appetisers:
1)Black truffle scented abalone +$18
2)Chicken marinated in Sichuan chilli
3)Steamed Matsutake mushroom bao
Main courses:
1)Steamed Hokkaido scallop with chilli & black garlic
2)Wok-fried duck with rice cracker
Dish:
1)Hutong Dan Dan Noodles
The abalone was full of truffle flavour💓
Rice cracker was very crisply and matched with the duck perfectly
The scallop was very fresh and cooked perfectly
