Thanks to the "United We Dine" campaign, we received an "Amber Discovery Menu" gift certificate as our reward. In addition to the Amber favourite Olivier Signature Brut Champagne ($160), the assistant sommelier also recommended the 2005 Markus Molitor Erdener Treppchen late-harvest off-dry Riesling ($290) when we specifically asked for a lighter & sweeter white wine 👍

Sour-taste dessert is very much in fashion nowadays. Personally I would prefer the Coffee / Gianduja / Bitter Chocolate / Hazelnut dessert on the 9-course menu.
