When I heard LUMA was collaborating with the 2-Michelin-star Chef Bjoern Alexander Panek, I knew I had to pay them a visit 🙌🏻
Turns out their 8-course menu was an absolute steal! Priced at HKD1,380 per person, the 8-course menu took us on a trek across culinary borders, featuring French, Italian and Chinese elements in all of their courses. Some of my favorites included the Smoked Roasted Local Chicken with Lotus Rice (extra credit for the super extra presentation in a huge wooden box🔥), the Red Prawn Ravioli with XO sauce (which kinda reminded of me the famous red prawn ravioli at Octavium where the chef used to work) and the very cute Baby Lemon dessert (which was actually lemon & white chocolate lemon compote).
Overall a very pleasant and creative fine dining experience. Looking forward to their future collaborations with other amazing chefs!
