We chose to have hotpot on our anniversary of wedding registration instead of "Stables Grill" coz 17 Dec that day was sooooooo cold!!! Finally, we'd made the right choice!Environment - neat and tidy...u can't expect too much from a restaurant in Kowloon city, but it is clean. Food - GREAT!
(1) 手切肥牛- 很好味﹗油脂分佈理想﹗肉色鮮美﹗
(2) 脆肉鯇魚- 很新鮮﹗肉色紅潤﹗
(3) 老友鬼鬼- 好香脆﹗
(4) 日本廣島蠔 - 細細隻，好新鮮甜美﹗
(5) 魚皮餃- 用心製作﹗
(6) 西生菜- 可惜沒有皇帝菜﹗
(7-8) 冬陰功加蕃茄薯仔湯底﹗好正，前者勁有味﹗又足料﹗後者十分甜﹗
(9) 甜點贈送 - 椰青糕 - 好特別好好味
Overall, it was so nice!!! Everything was so perfect! It was even better than our favorite hotpot venue - 火鍋館!! Must revisit it!
