A Night to Remember at Tsim Sha Tsui ! ✨🌟Just had our third incredible dinner at the rooftop restaurant on Beijing Road, surrounded by stunning city views that truly elevate the dining experience! Just had our third incredible dinner at the rooftop restaurant on Beijing Road, surrounded by stunning city views that truly elevate the dining experience! The atmosphere was electric, and the night sky was a perfect backdrop for our culinary adventure. 🌆🍽️
We kicked off our meal with some exquisite starters:
Burratina: Creamy burrata paired with fresh tomatoes and fragrant pesto—a perfect blend of flavors!
Tuna Tartare: Fresh bluefin tuna with creamy avocado and a zesty Mediterranean sauce that was simply divine.
Hahaha: A playful dish featuring burrata and raw red prawn, finished with a splash of lime. This one had us laughing and savoring every bite!
For the main event, we indulged in two signature pizzas that blew us away:
Cippolla Rossa Pizza: A delightful mix of mozzarella, pecorino, and scarmoza, topped with red onions, cream, pork pancetta, mushrooms, black pepper, and crunchy walnuts. Each slice was a flavor explosion!
Primavera Pizza: This beauty featured asparagus, a quail egg, lime mayo, caviar, and lobiko. It was as fresh as it was vibrant!
To top it all off, we couldn’t resist trying the innovative Tiramisu Pizza, and for dessert, we enjoyed fresh pineapple paired with coconut ice cream—a refreshing finish to our meal! 🍍🍦
Every dish was a work of art, and the service was impeccable. If you’re in the area, this place is an absolute must-visit! Can’t wait for our next visit! ❤️
