Since my Bangkok trip last Dec, I have been craving for Thai food non-stop, especially my favourite da pao rice, and I have tried a lot more Thai food in HK🔥 This modern and refine Thai restaurant did an amazing job to fix my crave😛𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 My first time seeing Thai restaurant doing this Jay Fai style omelette in HK👀 They are having more layers which resulted fluffier texture and stronger egg aroma. Do add some more fish sauce and chilli paste for it👍🏼𝗗𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲WOW🤩 This was by

WOW🤩 This was by far the best da pao rice I had in HK after my trip. It was dried and appetising. They even had two kinds of basils, one fried with the meat and one deep fried on top as garnish. Very well thought and delicious😋

This one was as good as expected and I like the condiments on side for you to adjust the flavour! Extra chilli flakes for me please😜

Mango sticky rice was too mainstream so I opted for the durian version😆 I didn’t know the rice is a hot one while it contrasted with durian ice cream on top! If you like durian, you cannot miss this 👍🏼
