二月為了 SEVENTEEN 期間限定店到訪一趟元朗，意外地發現這家街坊餐廳 - 81手工餃子。見當時有不少人特地購買外賣及生餃，相信店舖是不少元朗街坊的心頭好。今次試了雙拼湯餃，湯底為無味精花膠淮山煲豬骨湯，足料濃郁，用心熬製，誠意滿滿。沙葛豬肉餃 在坊間較為少見，內餡的沙葛清甜爽脆，配上豬肉口感豐富。京葱羊肉餃 則散發著羊肉的獨特香氣，加上京葱的清香，風味濃郁。Yuen Long's adventure for the SEVENTEEN pop-up led me to a fab local spot: 81 Dumpling. The Yam Bean & Pork Dumpling offered a unique sweet and crisp filling, complementing the savory pork. The Green Onion Mutton Dumpling exuded a distinctive aroma, enhanced by the fresh green onion. A noteworthy find for authentic local flavors.
