味道濃郁之餘也不失清爽 吃完不會覺得膩

一打開紙袋就聞到撲鼻的香茅和辣椒香味
店內也有不少坐得舒服的卡位
聖誕期間好有氣氛的佈置 椅子都放了聖誕帽
還有一隻超大的聖誕熊
午餐吃過5道菜 4人也只是約人均100$消費 好抵食呢
One of my favourite Vietnamese fusion cuisine in town!
Absolutely stunning and flavourful pho broth after simmering for 24 hours,
That complex and mellow taste drives me to drink them all!
Pho noodles are cooked in al dente, with really flavourful and tender beef pieces and other ingredients eg beef balls.
Really unique crispy rice noodle tower, with flavourful and rich butter sauce. Topped with some Vietnamese sausage and that was such an oomph of flavours!
The NVN baguette is my another favourite, with the thin stripes of Vietnamese sausages, carrots and cucumbers, it is so refreshing and rich of flavours from the lovely sauce.
Really nice skills for cooking fried spring rolls and fried chicken cartilage, every bite of it are just crunch & crunch! Assorted hot pepper flakes could be added according to your own flavour before shaking the chicken cartilage, really thoughtful for ppl with different tolerance of spices.
Really spacious seats here and amazing decoration with lovely and warm ambience during Christmas!
