— Grilled to perfection, giving it that super crispy texture. This was also really well seasoned and flavourful.

— Nicely seasoned with an aromatic peppery kick to it.
Pic 3️⃣: 🐟 金目鯛一夜干 - $266 hkd
— Highlight of the meal! Decent portion size and something that would definitely fill you up. The fish was grilled perfectly and the meat was still really tender and juicy on the inside, with an undeniable aroma. This was slightly on the savoury side so it’d be perfect alongside a bowl of rice or noodles.
Pic 4️⃣: 🍜 福袋腐皮烏冬 - $68 hkd
— Look at how adorable this is! Great carb option and if you’re looking for something to warm you up. The udon had a nice chewy texture and soaked up the flavours of the broth well.
Pic 5️⃣: 🍵 熱玫瑰茉莉花茶 - $58 hkd
— Great way to start and also wash down all of the rich flavours with. The tea was aromatic, with distinct floral notes.
