首先個「香蔥燒牛舌沙律」一上枱就知唔簡單~牛舌切到薄薄一片,輕輕燒到微焦帶脆,咬落去「咔嗞」聲超治癒!重點係個蔥花醬油汁,鹹香中帶啲酸酸地嘅清爽感,同新鮮沙律菜拌埋一齊,完全中和咗燒肉嘅油膩感。牛舌個質感爽彈得嚟又唔韌,作為前菜真係醒胃到爆!
至於主角「和牛三角腹肉」簡直係邪惡級美味!雪花紋靚到好似藝術品,放上烤網嗰陣油脂滴落火炭「滋滋」作響,香氣即刻撲鼻而來~燒到五成熟剛剛好,入口即化唔係誇張,真係好似棉花糖咁融化喺舌尖!肉汁多到咬落去會爆出嚟,個油香係會喺口腔停留成分鐘,令人回味無窮~
質素絕對對得住個價!店員仲會好貼心咁幫手燒,保證食到最完美狀態。燒肉控們,呢個組合真係必試,信我啦!
