今次叫咗佢嘅Tasting Menu 8道菜$588 食物嘅組合又有本地、亞洲、西式、日式、泰式、韓式咁,但又好夾!樣樣都好好食🤤環境都唔錯,好有氣氛,平日都好似Happy Friday咁熱鬧💃🏻

APERITIVO
🍹Blood Wine Sangria or Tropical Fruit Punch
Tasting Menu包括一杯Cocktail / Mocktail,杯Blood Wine Sangria 都幾特別,混合左八角、Pocessco等,係非一般嘅Sangria。


AMUSE BOUCHE
🦀Yan-Min Crab "Croquette"
用左蟹餅概念整成炸蟹餅,蟹肉混合左酸甜嘅水果人面果、辣根、Mozzarella芝士🧀面頭仲有黑蒜醬,食落有拉絲又有鮮甜蟹肉,味道好豐富!

🐟Golden Itoyori Crudo
金線鯛刺身配以薰衣草、茴香等混合而成的醬汁,再加以布冧醬,味道清新又帶有花香,十分開胃!


FROM THE SEA
🌊Abalone Porridge🥣
鮑魚粥用咗韓國粥嘅概念,比起香港嘅潮州粥濃稠,加入雞汁煮成。南非鮑魚慢煮二十四小時,口感十分軟嫩,旁邊仲有雞皮脆脆😆

🐟Misoyaki Black Cod
好鍾意呢道鱈魚西京燒,魚肉好滑,好重魚油香,面頭用上豆豉醬再炙燒,味道好好👍🏻底下用左陳村粉、蜆肉、日本菇,加入以雞汁、清酒煮成嘅醬汁,味道又唔會太濃搶咗魚嘅香味!

🍗LAND K.F.C.
韓式炸雞有柚子蜜糖🍯四川麻辣兩款口味,炸得好鬆脆,雞肉仲保留肉汁。


Homemade Pasta🍝
睇住大廚係到兜啲意粉已經知道會好好食🥹醬汁用上蕃茄、青檸、蝦汁,意粉係自家製幼蛋麵,味道好濃蝦味。面頭有櫻花蝦同西班牙紅蝦🦐味道相當鮮甜!


Smoked Pigeon
餐廳的招牌乳鴿一定要食‼️ Dry aged三日嘅乳鴿,肉質幼嫩,仲帶有煙熏味,醬汁由紅酒醋、檸檬草、黑蒜醬 整成,味道同乳鴿好夾🥰

TO FINISH
Mango Sticky Rice🥭
最後有芒果糯米飯,班蘭味的糯米配搭椰子cream,再加新鮮芒果、芒果sorbet,好特別!味道好有層次,我哋都覺得好好食!😍
