之前見到好多人打卡呢一間餐廳📸,圖書館佈置好古典好靚📚~

佢呢度可以揀幾個course嘅午餐🍽,我哋就揀咗兩個前菜~
首先有呢個八爪魚冷盤Spanish Octopus Terrine🐙~
八爪魚要做得好食唔容易~
因為佢一定要先將八爪魚嘅爪狠狠打到變軟👊~
然後再加埋調味,整體非常唔錯~

另外揀咗一個蟹肉他他🦀~
佢除咗面頭嘅蟹肉之外,下面仲有一層好似啫喱嘅,味道好好😋~
再配埋非常鹹鮮嘅三文魚子🐟,全部嘢都好夾~

令我哋揀咗兩款湯一個係hummus同埋雅枝竹嘅湯🫕~
個湯非常之厚身味道濃郁~

配埋佢哋嘅餐包🥖,外脆內軟~
仲可以搽兩款唔同嘅牛油🧈,有海鹽味同埋九層塔蕃茄味🍅~

另一款就係龍蝦湯🦞~

佢面頭有一層酥皮,而且個龍蝦湯入面仲有粒粒龍蝦肉添😍~
我個人建議飲咗第一款湯先~
因為龍蝦湯味道太濃郁,會蓋過另一款湯嘅味道~

主食方面我哋揀咗一款魚同埋一款牛肉~
呢個魚嘅主食好精緻~
有一條沾滿咗炸粉嘅脆炸魚柳🍴,食起嚟脆卜卜,魚肉又嫩滑~
旁邊仲會有兩個魚肉卷🌯,魚肉味香濃~

佢嘅牛肉煎得非常之靚🐮,外面帶啲焦香而入面仲係粉嫩嘅粉紅色🔪~

佢哋仲俾咗三款唔同嘅芥末我哋去試配搭~

食完主食當然唔少得要叫埋甜品啦🤩!
呢一款以秋天為主題🍁,用栗子做食材嘅甜品~
無論外型定味道都非常之吸引~
有唔少朋友嚟慶生,就係用佢嚟做生日蛋糕🎂~

喺咁靚嘅環境入面,望住維港景色,食個晏都更relax😌~
