夜晚喺銅鑼灣搵又平又好食嘅嘢似乎有啲難，不過麵尊真係可以做到好多人嘅長期飯堂！除咗係黃店之外，佢嘅質素都唔錯～ 舖頭雖然唔係特別大間，坐得幾舒服(・∀・)📌米線+墨魚丸+牛腩 (~$30) 首先要讚湯底！👍🏻甜甜地仲有少少腩汁味，好好飲但係唔口渴。米線軟硬適中，食落彈牙爽口。成碗份量都唔少，CP值好高！😆📌白菜仔($20) 🥬 出街好驚食菜因為好多都煮得唔腍，味道好「清新」不過呢碟就煮得啱啱好，係熟咗嘅質感，配上蠔油味道錦上添花～------------------------Noodles shop with the best soup base! Rice noodles with Cuttlefish Ball + Beef Brisket (~$30) The amount is soo generous! The rice noodles are surprisingly smooth with a bit of chewiness. Beef brisket is perfectly cooked to tender while the cuttlefish ball is juicy inside!
Moreover, the steamed bok choy here is never too raw, tastes so good when match with oyster sauce!
