🦪 The moment the Iwate Prefecture Oysters were served, I held my breath. The briny freshness exploded on my palate 💥. When I squeezed the lemon juice, it felt like I could hear the sound of the waves 🌊 (almost brought me to tears).
🐟 The Sashimi Quartet left me speechless! The rich flavor of the deep-sea fish was like indulging in oceanic wagyu 🥹. The melt-in-your-mouth texture of the medium fatty tuna made the girl at the next table laugh at my blissful expression (so embarrassing!).
🌟 The Sea Urchin and Scallop Cup was definitely the star of the show! The seasonal sea urchin was sweet enough to warm my heart 💛, and the scallops were so tender they practically oozed water... After this cup, all my work stress vanished (Sorry, boss!).
🍣 The Five-Piece Sushi Ending was nothing short of outrageous! The sweet burst of the Hokkaido Clam felt like a dance party in my mouth 💃. The Red Clam was so crisp and tender that I wanted to dance... And when I sipped the seafood soup, I felt pure happiness bubbling up inside me 🛁.
