We booked a table for 8:30 PM and had a brief 10-minute wait as the previous diners were not quite finished.Amuse-BoucheWe started with an amuse-bouche of shiitake mushroom purée—it was incredibly smooth and had a delightful sweetness that set a lovely tone for the evening.StartersThe bread basket featured a crusty sourdough alongside a unique, thin variety with a grainy oat flavor that I particularly enjoyed. The butter served was standard but complemented the bread nicely.BitesFor a light bite, the anchovies on brioche were refreshing, with the vibrant tomato flavor really standing out.AppetizersOur first starter was fresh figs with ricotta, a beautiful pairing that offered a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. We also tried the heirloom tomato burrata on puff pastry, which we savored like a pizza. The rich onion marmalade added a fantastic depth of flavor.MainsFor the main courses, we had black cod and yellow chicken. Both dishes were wonderfully soft and tender. The surprise element was the corn and yuzu kosho purée, which was sweet with a delightful crunch—definitely the highlight of the dish!DessertDessert was a treat!
