My favorite type of fried chicken is spicy but not coated with sauce, meaning the batter needs to have that spice factor. This is quite rare to find especially the typical spicy Korean fried chicken usually uses gochujang sauce as the source of spice. I have finally found a good option in HK here as you can get the hot and spicy option and add spicy seasoning on the chicken. The flavor is so delicious and the crunch factor is good. It was also my first time trying Doritos fried chicken and I am a big fan.
