最近经常听朋友提及权发嘅两𩠌饭,朋友话𩠌菜种类多,加上多人买,流量大,品质有保证😊所以每当食饭时间,店外就有一条长长嘅人龙😅买飞嘅买飞,拣𩠌嘅拣𩠌,十分墟冚😅😆琴日搞完啲正经嘢,返屋企途中咁啱经过观塘嘅权发两𩠌饭店,因为仲未到六点,唔算太多人😄谂吓谂吓决定买外卖做晚餐😄隔住玻璃望入去,𩠌菜选择真系好多,一时之间真系好难做到决定😅🤣最后我拣咗通菜炒牛肉同北菇蒸鸡,另外仲加多个粟米鱼肚羹😆😋饭量足够,两𩠌都有水准,只系稍为油腻咗少少,但系系一个可以接受嘅程度😁至于粟米鱼肚羹则有惊喜😆鱼肚份量十足,羮底好浓郁,只系卖HK$22,抵食☺️😄

成日听人讲呢间好出名,平时基本唔会点食三𩠌饭,不过见讲到咁好食,试一次啦,食完半夜肚痛😫星期五晚上7点左右,都有10个人排队,两个三𩠌,味道还好,唔太热,白鳝好食,西兰花好油,莲藕重口味,鹅肠有肥膏,麻麻地,椒盐虾还好食完,半夜,两个人都肚痛😂😂三𩠌饭真系唔啱我食,太油了………………………………………………………………………………..

They had quite a variety of dishes on the menu which was a pleasant surprise for a casual spot, I went with the sweet and sour pork, eel fish and bitter melon for 3 dishes combo. The sweet and sour pork had that classic tangy kick, with crispy batter and tender pork-pretty satisfying, though not the best I've ever had. The eel fish was a highlight - it was cooked just right, flaky and flavorful, with a nice savory sauce that didn't overpower the fish itself. The bitter melon was stir-fried with a good balance of seasoning, not too bitter, which I appreciated since it can be hit-or-miss sometimes.

权发一向系两𩠌饭界都好出名,系性价比之王。款式多到眼花撩乱,可惜只有一人孤身作战,未能叫更多既菜式黎试。简左最能代表港式小炒既椒盐九肚鱼,同时都系我最爱既菜式。九肚鱼本身肉质细嫩,炸浆做到恰到好处时,外层适中且酥脆的外衣,与嫩滑的鱼肉形成强烈反差。吃下去时,第一口的香脆感能瞬间抓住味蕾,随后鱼肉的细嫩与湿润感逐渐释放,整体口感层次分明,令人回味无穷。九肚鱼自身鲜甜,配合炸浆的咸香,食后不干不涩,十分好味。

好多人都话又平又抵食. 见仲可以堂食就试一试一个叫了两𩠌一个叫了三𩠌全部𩠌的调味都偏甜.招牌黑醋骨 + 莲藕炆鸡 -> 都好味. 因为肉都多,可以食得饱之余仲可以送饭. 莲藕脆脆的. 感觉好新鲜因为好多人叫外卖. 我见好多人𩠌都refill得好快~ 唔使变左又干又柴的萭年肉.另一个三𩠌泰式猪扒 + 红酒牛尾 + 北菇蒸鸡 泰式猪扒好酸甜. 好开胃, 猪扒都有少少厚度红酒牛尾就得得两件. 份量因应食材而少D北菇蒸鸡就正常发挥.
