店面环境舒适,最多适合六人聚餐,但两人用餐是最佳选择,私密感十足,让人能在轻松的氛围中享受美食。职员服务方面,态度十分有礼貌,会细心留意枱面情况,经常帮客人补水。润牛面汤头温度很热浓郁的猪润鲜甜味扑鼻而来,汤中加入姜丝,有效去内脏腥味,与整体口感相得益彰。面条方面,少许粗身的质地带来弹牙的口感,挂汤能力强,份量控制得恰到好处,会满足到男士胃口。牛小排是另一亮点,肉味突出,肉片厚度适中,每一口都能感受到油脂的香浓,质感柔嫩而不会过于韧,入口即化。然而,鹅肝的表现稍显不足,上菜时鹅肝口感已偏向湿淋,只有一点油香气息,食落甚至带有一丝臊味。若能延耐多少少提升其风味,体感定能更佳。总体而言,这碗润牛面以浓郁的汤头和鲜嫩的牛小排作为主打,虽然鹅肝稍有瑕疵,但整体味道仍具吸引力,若鹅肝的处理稍作改良,这道菜将更臻完美,如有下次光临,会倾向试其他面食。

刚刚去完旅行,没有机会好好进补,于是和朋友去了铜锣湾的一间餐厅,顺便交换手信。海龙王汤$146我特意来这里就是为了这碗汤!汤底浓郁,味道非常重,喝一口就能感受到虾壳和虾头的海鲜鲜甜味,里面还有海虾和带子等多种海鲜。搭配弹牙的上海面,真系好好挂汤。棉花鸡$108这碗棉花鸡汤就清淡多了,主要是用冬菇、鱼肚、金华火腿和鸡熬制的。汤色清透,鱼肚特别嫩腍,吸满了汤汁,最后把整碗汤都喝光。凉拌麻辣手工豆腐$39豆腐切得很薄,搭配热面,一冷一热,口感相当有趣。不过觉得酱汁可以再多一些,这样会更好味。

由佢大围舖开张以嚟,一直收藏左呢间「好汤好面」,终于有机会一试,心情少不免充满期待!经过一轮内心挣扎下,最后拣咗蟹黄猪猪面,一上枱已经被𠮶阵浓郁嘅香气迷住,流哂口水🥢汤底— 第一啖汤落肚,瞬间暖入心!汤非常够热,系𠮶种烫嘴嘅程度🥵 汤表面会见到牛油 浮面 ,浓郁嘅高汤鲜甜得黎又唔会过腻,每啖汤都充满层次,既有龙虾牛油嘅鲜美,又带住猪骨熬制嘅甘香,口感顺滑,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖。配料—虾子 蟹肉 猪肉片 龙虾牛油,蟹肉肉质嫩滑,吸收汤底精华,入口即化,完全唔会干柴。虾子点缀左整体味道,又唔会抢哂风头,令每一啖都更有层次感,猪肉片层次分明。加上少量葱花提味,令汤头更加突出。面条—预设左系扁阳春,面烟韧适中,冇过淋亦冇过硬,吸汤能力极高,每条面都好好咁挂住浓郁汤底。食落爽口之余仲带有弹牙感,令人每啖都回味无穷。啲汤饮到一滴不剩。整体感受—一碗面就好似一场味觉盛宴,每个细节都恰到好处。由汤底到配料再到面条,食完面劲满足。如果你系爱面之人,真心推介一定要试试!我已经开始谂紧下次要试埋咩新口味,睇下仲有冇其他惊喜!😋🍜

I came at around 430pm so there wasn't too many people. The list of choices were amazing and I decided to Fish Maw Noodles.Although the price is slightly bit expensive, it is worth the price especially taking into account the amount of toppings. The focus of this shop was definitely the soup and the toppings. The noodles are good and remained springy despite I ate them quite late as there was so much toppings. The fish maw was large though it was too slippery for me to hold with my chopsticks to take a picture. There was so much meat as well that it was like eating meat rather than noodles. The soup was rich yet you can finish it with ease.The chilled tofu was pretty and the sweetness was well controlled. I felt the osmanthus could be a bit stronger but overall a nice dessert.Looking forward to trying their other noodles.

之前净系食过大围分店 今次去到铜锣湾分店都系叫番棉花鸡汤面汤底浓度岩岩好 唔会太咸 一啖有少少汤配埋个面 好好食面既质感都岩岩好 唔太淋唔太硬棉花鸡就正常 不过如果多几旧鸡会更好🙈🙈价钱较进取 不过间唔中食都好开心!
