幕叉烧名而来,但比到惊喜我嘅系冬瓜盅。提前订左横一刀叉烧,加上蜜汁新鲜再烧的确肉质软淋同边缘焦香,系吸睛嘅符合预期但唔惊喜。上菜前职员提醒我地仲有一个冬瓜盅会唔会需要就直接点了。讲真冬瓜盅楼下酒楼快餐店都会有,但做得咁温润清甜嘅真系第一间,海鲜比得足至于连唔食海鲜要拣走d料出来嘅朋友都话佢甜而不腥,汤水本身比冬瓜略多,到最后有d剩料大家都抢晒,绝对系本日最佳。然后烟熏老爷鸡都系提前预订嘅,个人几中意佢熏到入肉嘅香味同滑身鸡肉,不过同行朋友觉得佢系烧得太过有苦味,另一位以前有食过嘅朋友觉得之前味道唔同,同职员确认即刻二话不说帮我地取消左。后续叫左葱油鸡,鸡肉都系系同样质素嘅滑,但不如烟熏得我心。猪油捞饭就比较普通,油渣虽然香,但并冇特色味道。陈村粉就比较特别啦,煎底陈村粉淋上鱼香酱香口又惹味。综合体验都唔错,不过佢地常规菜都会卖晒,想食到要提前订,另一个缺点系冇直属停车场,去揾其他停车场都比较远。Read More

常听到同事说起此餐厅的叉烧和流心糯米鸡,某日路经此地,特意入内一试。同事超推必试的「第一叉」,一客六件,但每件都肥厚巨型!上枱后,店员会在食客面前先涂抹蜜芽糖在其上,再用火枪烧焦外层,即烧即食,好不吸引!焦香甜美的外层脆而不硬,梅头肉肥瘦相间,甘香的油脂混在松软的肉之间,单是肉质已令人迷倒!流心糯米鸡其实是一颗蛋黄加煎糯米鸡的合体,挺有趣。糯米鸡的直径足有一只食饭碗,有需要可以请店员剪开。煎了的糯米鸡底部是轻微的脆,糯米烟烟靭靭,馅料也够多够湿润。惟那只蛋黄流下去又没甚么蛋香,有点画蛇添足的感觉。叉烧是好食的,但流心糯米鸡似乎是以噱头为主,所以笑面只是给叉烧的。Read More
